The present invention relates to a steering system for a water jet propeller and, more specifically, to a shatterproof steering system for a water jet propeller comprising: a steering bucket connected to a stator of the water jet propeller for left and right direction turns; a reverse propelling bucking installed at a rear part of the steering part and having an upper and a lower bucket for reverse propulsion; and a shatterproof unit which blocks water jet caused by the generation of a propelling force at an inner surface edge of a front end of a steering bucket in contact with the stator to prevent the water jet from being shattered onto a gap formed between an inner surface of the front end of the steering bucket and the stator in order to minimize the shattering of water jet seawater via a connection portion of the stator and the steering system according to the propulsion of the water jet propeller. |
