The present invention relates to a method for producing fragment-type kelp and to fragment-type kelp produced using the same, wherein a processed food using kelp as a main ingredient can be produced so that kelp, which is very beneficial to health, can be easily consumed. The method comprises: an ingredient selecting step of cutting and trimming dried kelp, which is a main ingredient, into a particular size; an ingredient washing step of dipping the dried kelp from the ingredient selecting step in water so that salt is removed therefrom and impurities and foreign material on the surface thereof are removed and washed; a dipping step of dipping the kelp from the ingredient washing step in a liquid sauce for making the taste stronger; a drying step of drying the kelp from the dipping step in a drying chamber maintained at a particular temperature and a particular humidity; a block molding step of producing a block having a particular shape by compressing the kelp from the drying step in a mold frame in a seaweed thin film treating device; a thin film slicing step of slicing the kelp from the block molding step into kelp thin films through the seaweed thin film treating device; a compressing step of further compressing the kelp from the block slicing step through a conveyor roller consisting of a plurality of rollers; a rolling step of rolling the kelp from the compressing step like a film on a roller; an aging step of freezing the kelp from the rolling step in a freezing chamber maintained at a particular temperature below zero; and a productizing step of cutting and packing the kelp from the aging step according to product size. |
