The tactile measurement device may include a pressure measurement unit which measures the size of an external pressure using the material whose properties vary depending on the pressure; and a tactile measurement unit which measures three-dimensional tactile sensation based on the external pressure using pressure measured by each of a plurality of pressure measurement units.
