A polymeric electrolyte composition according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a polymeric precursor including isobutyl(met)acrylate; a binder including dipentaerythritol-penta(met)acrylate; and inorganic salts. The polymeric electrolyte composition has high ion-conductivity at room temperature, and is capable of providing transparent polymeric electrolytes. Therefore, by using the polymeric electrolyte composition, a user can be provided with a lithium secondary battery having high stability and freedom of shapes.
