The method of the present invention comprises obtaining an explant from Jatropha curcas seeds; putting the explant derived from the Jatropha curcas seeds in a culture medium; breaking the intercellular unions of the explants tissue, generating individual cells; incubating the multiplied individual cells for a determined time in the culture medium; and extracting oil from the cells that multiplied from the individual cells generated from the explants derived from the Jatropha curcas seeds.
