The invention is directed to a closure with an external hinge arrangement. The closure comprises a lower closure part (2) and an upper closure part (3) which are functionally interconnected to each other by an external hinge arrangement (4). The external hinge arrangement comprises a first and a second a first and a second trapezoidal shaped intermediate elements (7, 8), wherein the two intermediate elements (7, 8) are interconnected to each other and each intermediate element (7, 8) at two opposite sides is connected by the first film hinge (9) to the first articulation element (5) which connected to the lower closure part and protrudes beyond it and by the second film hinge (9) to the second articulation element (6), which is connected to the upper closure part (3) and protrudes beyond it, wherein the film hinges (9) are arranged in one plane relative each other. |
