摘要 A frequency compensation circuit for a voltage regulator is provided in embodiments of the present invention. The frequency compensation circuit mainly includes a first transconductance operational amplifier circuit, a second transconductance operational amplifier circuit, and a third transconductance operational amplifier circuit cascaded sequentially, where the first transconductance operational amplifier circuit receives an input voltage to be compensated, and the third transconductance operational amplifier circuit outputs a compensated voltage; and a primary transconductance negative feedback compensation circuit, connected in parallel between an output end of the second transconductance operational amplifier circuit and an output end of the third transconductance operational amplifier circuit, and a secondary transconductance negative feedback compensation circuit, connected in parallel between an output end of the first transconductance operational amplifier circuit and the output end of the third transconductance operational amplifier circuit.
