n is 0, 1, 2 or 3; each Ra is independently hydrogen, halo, cyano, C1-3 alkyl, hydroxy or two Ra groups together with the carbon atom to which they are attached form a carbonyl group; p is 1 or 2 and q is 2 or 3;
