The present invention relates to a fixture for angle division of a universal machine tool and, more particularly, to a fixture for angle division of a universal machine tool, which can be directly mounted in a vice of a universal machine tool without additional correction work, and can accurately and consistently rotate automatically. The fixture for angle division of a universal machine tool comprises a rotating unit, a base frame, an angle regulating unit, and a clamping unit. The rotating unit comprises: a disk plate which combines a chuck of a machine tool to the upper part thereof; and an inserting rod which protrudes from the bottom of the disk plate. The base frame has a penetrating hole which penetrates vertically in order to insert the inserting rod so that the rotating unit can be mounted, and can be engaged with the vice of the machine tool. The angle regulating unit comprises: a worm wheel which is combined with the inserting rod; a worm which is engaged with the worm wheel; and a driving motor which is inserted into the base frame in order to rotate the worm. The clamping unit can grip the rotating unit in order to stop the rotation. Therefore, the fixture can be installed in a universal machine tool without disassembling the vice by directly engaging the base frame with the vice, that is, can be easily installed in and separated from the universal machine tool. |
