PURPOSE: A customized content providing system and method thereof are provided to offer contents to a user by variously creating avatar images of the user. CONSTITUTION: A face recognition unit(112) recognizes facial features of a user from a captured image of the user. A user race determination unit(113) determines the race of the user based on the facial features of the recognized user. An avatar configuration image selecting unit(115) selects avatar configuration images based on the determined user race and the recognized user facial features. An avatar image generation unit(116) creates an avatar image for a user by combining the selected configuration images. |
