The collection surface comprises a flat bottom with a circumferential edge and a front cut-out. The weighing mechanism is equipped with a load cell sensor and a strain gauge and is assembled between the handle and the collection surface. The CPU controls the weighing mechanism, the display and the weighing mechanism's calibration, and the weighing mechanism weighs the shawarma shavings on the collection surface.</p> |
