an edible organic phase; and an edible thermo-reversible, structured phospholipid organogel composition; wherein upon heating of the edible thermo-reversible, structured phospholipid organogel composition to a temperature between 30-40° C., the edible thermo-reversible, structured phospholipid organogel composition melts and wherein upon cooling of the melted edible thermo-reversible, structured phospholipid organogel composition to a temperature of below 30° C., the edible thermo-reversible, structured phospholipid organogel composition reforms to the shape of a gel. |
