The present invention relates to an aloe composition for skin moisturizing, wherein the composition contains aloe polysaccharides having molecular weights of 200 kDa or more, 50 kDa to 200 kDa, and 50 kDa or less at a ratio of 1: 1-7: 1-80. The aloe polysaccharides including low-molecular aloe polysaccharides (molecular weights of 50 kDa to 200 kDa, and 50 kDa or less) is produced through enzymatic hydrolysis at a high yield. The aloe polysaccharides according to the present invention have an excellent immunity enhancement effect, and in particular, the aloe polysaccharide having a molecular weight of 50 kDa or less can penetrate deep into the skin, thereby having a very outstanding skin moisturizing effect.
