The present invention relates to a toluene combustion and decomposition apparatus comprising a toluene adsorption tower filled with a toluene adsorbent to adsorb by inhaling toluene gas generated during a coating process and various coating processes in order to process the toluene more efficiently. The toluene combustion and decomposition apparatus is configured to burn the toluene by heating the toluene filled in the toluene adsorption tower at a preset temperature to desorb the adsorbed toluene and to let the desorbed toluene pass through a discharge tube generating a plasma by using microwaves, and configured to remove remaining toluene by passing a toluene decomposition catalyst filling tower in order to decompose and remove the toluene remaining after passing through the discharge tube.
