PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a compact and light-weight exothermic body cooling device.SOLUTION: A communication card 10 includes an exothermic body 12 and a cylinder hood 16. The cylinder hood 16 is disposed on a plane surface side of the exothermic body 12 to form an open surface on the opposite side to the exothermic body 12. The cylinder hood 16 includes a slit 16a having an opening in a direction which cooling wind flows in. The communication card 10 generates a tornado-shaped eddy current, caused by the wind flowing in from the slit 16a of the cylinder hood 16 and an upward current by the heating of the exothermic body 12, above the exothermic body 12. This enables an increased wind speed to the upward direction, producing improved heat radiation efficiency. |
