PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weld method capable of calculating a weld condition according to change of various conditions, and performing spot weld under the calculated weld condition.SOLUTION: A formula of spatter generation easiness coefficient is determined by using a factor affecting to a weld condition as a variable number. Based on experiment data, coefficient to multiply to the variable number is determined by a multiple regression analysis method. Then, the obtained formula is deformed for determining a formula for determining current, and during spot weld, the current is corrected while performing weld on the basis of the formula. As a result, during time zone in which spatter generates easily, the current is suppressed to a lower level. The spatter does not generate, so that excellent quality of nugget is obtained. |
