PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve user's convenience in operation mode manipulation by giving priority to a remote controller.SOLUTION: An air conditioning apparatus includes an outdoor unit 1, a plurality of indoor units 21-24, a remote controller 31 connected to each indoor unit, and a centralized controller 4 which controls and commands the plurality of indoor units. The plurality of indoor units can have priority of operation mode manipulation right set, and indoor units except an indoor unit having top priority operate in the same operation mode with or similarly to the indoor unit having the top priority. When the indoor unit having the top priority is in operation, an indoor unit in operation which has the highest priority among the other indoor units and other indoor units operate in the same operation mode with or similarly to the indoor unit having the top priority even if the indoor unit having the highest priority operates in operation mode different from the operation mode of the indoor unit having the top priority, but when the indoor unit having the top priority is at a stop, the other indoor units operate in the same operation mode with or similarly to the indoor unit in operation which has the highest priority among the other indoor units. |
