PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pickup device in which an interval between electrodes can be effectively expanded.SOLUTION: The image pickup device has: a plurality of first absorption layers for absorbing an infrared ray in a prescribed wavelength band and each generating a pixel signal of a plurality of pixels; one or more second absorption layers for absorbing an infrared ray in a wavelength band different from the plurality of first absorption layers and generating a pixel signal which is common between the plurality of pixels; a plurality of first electrodes for extracting the pixel signal from the plurality of first absorption layers; and a second electrode for extracting the pixel signal from the one or more second absorption layers. |
