PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single liquid docetaxel injection with stability against oxidation.SOLUTION: A docetaxel injection of the invention is characterized by containing (a) 1 part by weight of docetaxel; (b) 24-30 parts by weight of polysorbate 80; (c) 14-22 parts by weight of ethanol; (d) 0.01-0.1 part by weight of citric acid; and (e) 1-6 parts by weight of water.
