PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide useful data when a book is borrowed.SOLUTION: This method includes processing for reading a first reading speed of a first user from a data storage part for storing a reading speed and data representing whether a book is read through within a lending period in each book (A), extracting, from the data storage part, other users whose reading speed within a prescribed range from the first reading speed of the first user and who borrow a specific book (B), and outputting information of the specific book to a device used by the first user in the case that a user who reads through the book among the extracted other users (C).
