摘要 The present invention relates to a method for preparing a raw rice wine with seaweed and medicinal herbs, and more specifically, to a method for preparing a raw rice wine with medicinal herbs, to which an extract of seaweed, a specialty of Jeju island, and medicinal herbs are added. The present invention comprises a process of extracting an antioxidant material from gulfweed or fusiformis and adding the antioxidant material in a method for preparing a conventional raw rice wine with seaweed and medicinal herbs. Further, the present invention comprises a process of adding Acanthopanax sessiliflorum or Sasa borealis in order to reduce hangover-inducing substances. In the method for preparing a raw rice wine with medicinal herbs of the present invention as described above, the extract of seaweed is added thereby activating the antioxidative property and other functional properties of maggolli (turbid rice wine) with seaweed and medicinal herbs, and the seaweed and herbal medicine materials of Jeju island are added to decrease the content of acetaldehyde, thereby reducing the hangover.
