<p>A method for managing a valid session according to the present invention is to manage an authority for an on-line service provided through a service server and a stationary terminal connected with each other through a communications network. A service server (30) guides the change of the posture of a portable terminal (20) through the stationary terminal (10), in which the portable terminal (20) is carried by a user who uses the stationary terminal (10) and has a matching relationship with the user which is registered in the service server (30). After at least the posture of the portable terminal (20) has been changed and the fixing in the posture of the portable terminal (20) has been determined, the starting of the valid session between the service server (30) and the stationary terminal (10) is processed. Portable terminal posture information including at least information of the posture of the portable terminal (20) is continuously received from the portable terminal (20), and the valid session is stopped according to the change in the posture of the portable terminal determined based on the portable terminal posture information received from at least the portable terminal (20). According to the present invention, when determining authentication enhancement for the user and the session maintenance, the portable terminal posture information can be used as a single type of information in common. In addition, the session can be swiftly obtained through the simple operation of the user, and the repeated authentication is possible. In addition, there is no possibility that the user inputs errors, and the hacking possibility is significantly low.
