PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insole for a shoe, excellent in the integration of the foot and the shoe, and capable of surely suppressing the spread of the bones when applying a weight.SOLUTION: An insole 1 for a shoe includes an elastic base material 11 covering from the calcaneus to the metatarsal bone, and an air permeable cushioning material 12 fixed onto the elastic base material 11 and covering the calcaneus to the phalanx. A curved standing part 13 having an outer peripheral shape of a sole shape and surrounding from the calcaneus to the cuboid bone and the cuneiform bone, and a dome part 14 projecting upward and in contact with a vertical arch region continuing from the calcaneus to the metatarsal bone are each provided. The standing part 13 is deformed to the inside when a downward load is applied to the doom part 14. |
