PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentration measurement sensor capable of removing endotoxin adhered to a conductive pattern when manufacturing a concentration measurement sensor and a manufacturing method thereof, a concentration measurement sensor sheet and a flash annealing processing method to these.SOLUTION: A concentration measurement sensor sheet 12A at least includes: an insulation base material 12; and a conductive pattern 30 on the insulation base material 12. The insulation base material 12 is colored in other than white, and flash annealing processing is performed to the concentration measurement sensor sheet 12A so as to remove endotoxin adhered to the conductive pattern 30. |
