PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ionic device which enables the improvement of functionality and an electronic apparatus arranged by use thereof.SOLUTION: An ionic device 1 comprises: an ion layer 12 including a porous material 121 and an electrolyte 122 distributed in the porous material 121; and electrodes 111 and 112 for applying a voltage to the ion layer 12. The electrolyte 122 includes a molecule having a structure which can keep down an ion mobility.
