PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plug for a beverage container, which improves a lock release state and the visibility of a lock member and improves the productivity without deteriorating shock resistance.SOLUTION: A U-shaped lock 20 for holding a lid body 12 in a closed state comprises: a pair of right and left arm parts 71 and 71; a connection part 72 for connecting the tip end sides of those arm parts 71 and 71; and an outer face part 20G and an inner face part 20N rotated around a locking rotary shaft 62 between two positions: a first position for holding the lid body 12 in the closed state and a second position for releasing the holding of the closed state of the lid body 12, and having two front and back colors to be different at the first position and the second position, respectively when exposed to the outer face. At at least one of the first and second positions, the color on the back side is arranged across the front side so that the color is visible in the front side view. By changing the colors of the appearance surface when the U-shaped lock 20 is positioned at the first position or the second position, it is possible to discriminate a lock-released state from a rock state easily. |
