According to the present invention, disclosed is a squat training apparatus for rehabilitation, the apparatus including: a supporting frame (110) including a supporting plate (111) to support weight and a vertical frame (112) provided on an upper part of the supporting plate (111) and extending in a longitudinal direction and having a first rotating shaft (114) which is provided on an upper end of the vertical frame and extending in a transverse direction; a first rotating frame (120) provided at a front of the vertical frame (112) and having an upper part hinged to the first rotating shaft (114) to rotate a lower part in a forward and backward direction about the first rotating shaft (114), a foothold (130) provided at a lower end of the first rotating frame to accommodate a sole of a user (10), and a second rotating shaft (121) provided at a center of the first rotating frame extending in a forward and backward direction; a second rotating frame (140) provided at a front of the first rotating frame (120), and having a lower part hinged to the second rotating shaft (121) to rotate an upper part in a forward and backward direction about the second rotating shaft (114), and a rail (141) provided at a front center of the second rotating frame extending in a longitudinal direction to limit a route for a squat movement; and a back plate (150) provided at a front of the second rotating frame (140) while engaging with the rail (141) and slidable up and down along the rail (141) to support a back of the user (10). |
