PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress variations in observation temperature of a plurality of temperature measuring chips, and enable proper determination of an abnormality on the basis of the observation temperature.SOLUTION: When taking an alarm system A1 as an example, a plurality of temperature chips 10-11 to 10-14 for observing temperature of a monitoring area are arranged in the monitoring area, and an alarm unit 100-1 determines an abnormality of the monitoring area on the basis of the observed temperature measured by the temperature measuring chips 10-11 to 10-14. The alarm unit 100-1 sets one predetermined temperature observing chip among the temperature measuring chips 10-11 to 10-14, for example the temperature measuring chip 10-11, as a master temperature observing chip, and temperature synchronization control is performed for correcting each observed temperature measured by the other temperature measuring chips 10-12 to 10-14 to become the same as a master observation temperature which is measurable when arranging the master temperature measuring chip 10-11 in the same temperature environment, in order to suppress relative variations of the observed temperatures. |
