PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid shut down of a fuel cell in a time zone where gas is used or a time zone where power consumption is large.SOLUTION: A fuel cell power generation system includes: a SOFC 70 installed in a house 10 to which a grid power 12 is supplied and using flammable gas supplied to the house 10 as fuel; current sensors 22A to 22C for detecting power consumed in the house 10; a gas meter 132 which detects a flow rate of gas; and a HEMS 30 which controls the SOFC 70. The HEMS 30 stores a use history of power and gas based on a result detected by the current sensors 22A to 22C and the gas meter 132, respectively predicts a plurality of times of when power consumption decrease or when gas is not consumed from the use history, and stops the SOFC at any selected one of predicted times to actuate the SOFC 70 after being stopped. |
