PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an electronic azimuth meter capable of further properly discriminating an abnormal magnetic field while suppressing power consumption, and notifying a user of a timing at which the user should obtain a set value used for correcting a measured magnetic field; an electronic clock; a method of detecting the correction timing of the electronic azimuth meter; and a program.SOLUTION: An electronic azimuth meter includes: a magnetic sensor; correction means for correcting a measured magnetic field by the magnetic sensor on the basis of a correction set value identified according to an off-set magnetic field of the magnetic sensor which is obtained in advance; notifying means for carrying out a predetermined notification action; comparison means for comparing a magnetic field strength corrected by the correction means, with a lower limit reference value and an upper limit reference value set according to a magnetic value measuring position; and notification controlling means for making the notifying means carry out the notification action for promoting execution of a predetermined identifying action for identifying the correction set value, when the comparison means determines that the magnetic field strength is larger than the upper limit reference value or smaller than the lower limit reference value. |
