PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power distribution system allowing a user or power supplier to easily change the setting of current rating on a current-limiting device by remote control without extra work.SOLUTION: A power distribution system 1 has a distribution panel 3 including a current-limiting device 4 that limits current flowing on an electric circuit. The current-limiting device 4 includes; an overcurrent detection section 46 that detects an overcurrent exceeding a predetermined current rating as a vector sum of the currents flowing on a voltage phase of an electric circuit; a communication section 47 that communicates with a power meter 2; and an arithmetic circuit 45 that changeably sets a predetermined current rating based on a setting signal acquired via the communication section 47. With this arrangement, the current rating of the current-limiting device 4 can be easily changed by remote control requiring no extra work to a user or power supplier. |
