PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection valve capable of decreasing the size of a fuel droplet adhering to a tip of the fuel injection valve, by a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A fuel injection valve 1 includes: a valve body; a valve seat member formed with a valve seat on which the valve body sits in valve closing; a nozzle plate formed with an injection hole for emitting a jet of fuel in valve opening; and a protector 52 attached to an outer peripheral side surface of the nozzle plate. A groove part 52b is formed on the outer periphery of the tip part of the protector 52. |
