PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery holder which holds a plurality of batteries in simple configuration and with high productivity.SOLUTION: A battery holder 20 holds a battery Bt by means of a holding member 40. The holding member 40 includes a holding body 42 which is a plate member formed from a plastically deformable material, and a holding hole 40S. The holding hole 40S is formed to have a holding gap 40Sa between an inner wall of the holding hole 40S and a side surface of the battery Bt. The holding member 40 includes a pressing protrusion 42a which is formed by pressing and plastically deforming a part of the holding body 42 in an axial direction of the battery with an external force, results from projecting a part of the inner wall of the holding hole 40S towards the center of the battery, and the pressing protrusion 42a presses the side surface of the battery Bt and holds the battery on the holding member 40.
