PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL light-emitting device in which a light-emitting chromaticity change caused by layer film thickness, current amount or device temperature is suppressed.SOLUTION: An organic EL light-emitting device comprises a first electrode layer, a plurality of light-emitting units laminated via a connection layer capable of supplying electrons to one surface side of the first electrode layer and supplying positive holes to another surface side, and a second electrode layer in order on a substrate having planar spread. As one of the light-emitting units, a monochromatic light-emitting unit is included which emits light in a monochromatic manner, and the monochromatic light-emitting unit includes a positive hole transportable light-emitting layer and an electron transportable light-emitting layer which emit light in the same color as sub light-emitting layers neighboring to each other. |
