PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal output circuit that can suppress trouble due to a voltage fluctuation of a voltage source.SOLUTION: The signal output circuit includes: a first FET element and a second FET element connected in series between a voltage source and a ground point; a first pre-driver circuit for outputting a gate signal generated with the use of a constant current to the first FET element to drive the first FET element; and a second pre-driver circuit for driving the second FET element, and is configured to output a pulse signal from a junction of the first FET element and the second FET element. N channel FET elements are used as the first FET element and the second FET element, and the first pre-driver circuit generates the constant current in a magnitude changing with a voltage fluctuation of the voltage source. |
