PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition capable of forming a coating film excellent in adhesion to a plastic substrate, water resistance, and chemical resistance.SOLUTION: The resin composition includes a mixture of a cellulose derivative (B) other than an acrylic modified cellulose derivative produced by a graft polymerization or a simple binding of a cellulose derivative with an acrylic component and an acrylic resin (C), as resin components. The composition of the mixture, the weight average molecular weight of the cellulose derivative (B), and the glass transition temperature of the acrylic resin (C) are in specified ranges, respectively. The resin component has a total of acid value and hydroxyl value of 7 to 100 mg KOH/g. |
