PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine dissolution of charge polarization when a fixed discharge current flows after charge is ended, and can estimate a full charge capacity of a battery after the charge polarization is dissolved.SOLUTION: A full charge capacity estimation device comprises: polarization voltage estimation means 41 that acquires a polarization voltage estimation value when charge is ended from a history of the charge; means 42 that subtracts the polarization voltage estimation value from a closed circuit voltage when the charge is ended, and estimates a charge rate when the charge is ended with reference to a SOC-OCV characteristic; means 43 that estimates a provisional full charge capacity from a difference between the charge rate when the charge is ended and a charge rate when the charge is started and a current integrated value during charging; means 44 that calculates a discharge rate from a current integrated value discharged after the charge is ended; means 45 that estimates the charge rate during charging; means 46 that estimates an opened circuit voltage during discharging; means 47 that, when a fluctuation of a voltage difference per unit time between an estimation value of the opened circuit voltage during discharging and the closed circuit voltage is a predetermined value or less, determines that the polarization by the charge is dissolved; and means 48 that, after the charge polarization is dissolved, estimates a full charge capacity of a battery. |
