PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical node capable of reducing noise figure.SOLUTION: An optical node includes a first optical amplifier unit, a filter unit 34, an optical processing unit 50, and a second optical amplifier unit 90. The first optical amplifier unit generates idler light based on inputted pump light and signal light, and outputs a first amplified light including pump light, signal light and idler light. The filter unit 34 outputs processed light including signal light and idler light from the inputted first amplified light. The optical processing unit 50 performs a predetermined process to the inputted signal light, and outputs attenuated processed light. The second optical amplifier unit 90 amplifies signal light included in inputted processed light, and outputs second amplified light including pump light, signal light and idler light. |
