摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for measuring and inspecting an irregular surface shape of a vehicle engine in a three-dimensional manner.SOLUTION: A vehicle engine three-dimensional measuring device includes: color line sensor imaging means with telecentric lens 5-1, 5-2 which focuses an illumination imaging system according to a height of an engine placing/moving table 2 on which a vehicle engine is positioned, arranged in left and right vertices of the base of an inverted isosceles triangle including a common imaging point as a vertex located at the top surface of the engine, to image the common imaging point with an inclined optical axis; and color phase-based color light flux projection means 6-1, 6-2, 6-3 arranged in three vertices of the isosceles triangle formed of a direction directly above an imaging point and a direction below the left and right color line sensors. An image formed by imaging all pixels at a uniform orthogonal projection angle is obtained, to extract a plane area. A normal angle of an engine surface patch is calculated by means of color-phase mixture ratio of the pixels. A height or depth and width of an irregular defect is measured in a three-dimensional manner, to determine the quality of the engine on the basis of measurement data.
