PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device incorporated into an electronic apparatus which achieves an excellent communication characteristic.SOLUTION: An antenna device comprises: an antenna substrate 11 which an antenna coil 12 inductively coupled with a reader/writer 120 winds around; a metal foil 3 provided on the antenna substrate 11 so as to overlap with part of the antenna coil 12; and a magnetic sheet 20 that is placed so as to overlap with the antenna coil 12 and that pulls a magnetic field into the antenna coil 12. At one side 11a of the antenna coil 12 which current flowing through a conductor of the antenna coil 12 goes around in one direction, the antenna coil 12 is closer to the reader/writer 120 than the magnetic sheet 20, and/or at the other side 11b of the antenna coil 12 which current flowing through the conductor of the antenna coil 12 goes around in the opposite direction, the magnetic sheet 20 is closer to the reader/writer 120 than the antenna coil 12. The metal foil 3 overlaps only with the other side 11b of the antenna coil 12. |
