摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compute correctly the stagnant amount of one side corrugated fiberboard which stagnates in a bridge part after converted into the number of sheets of a both-side corrugated fiberboard sheet of the length which is actually cut, without being influenced by the truncation error.SOLUTION: A cut detector DCT generates a cut pulse periodically according to the cutting timing of a cutoff device 170. A management control device 200 which performs stagnant stage folding ridge calculation processing computes the number of folding ridge of a one side corrugated fiberboard which is stagnated in a bridge part 130. The management control device, which performs average folding ridge number calculation processing, detects the number of folding ridge of the one side corrugated fiberboard conveyed at a downstream side from the bridge part during the generating period of a plurality of cut pulses generated continuously so as to compute the average number of folding ridge DA per generating period. The management control device, which performs a paper splicing control processing, computes the stagnant amount of the one side corrugated fiberboard which is stagnated by converting the stagnant one side corrugated fiberboard into the number of sheets of the side corrugated fiberboard sheet of the length which is actually cut, by dividing the number of folding ridge of the one side corrugated fiberboard which is stagnated by the number of average folding ridge.
