PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform scraping function of gas hydrate deposited to an inner wall of a duct, or prevention of deposition of the gas hydrate.SOLUTION: A gas hydrate formation device includes a jacket 3 for flowing cooling medium, wound around an outer periphery of a duct 2 in which mixture of water W and raw material gas G flows and formed as a tubular reactor unit 11. On an inlet 7 of the duct 2, a front end of a coil spring 6 as first gas hydrate scraping means is fixed. In addition, in the duct 2, second gas hydrate scraping means 20a formed of plural strip type scraping plates 21, disposed on a longitudinal direction of the duct 2 and rotating in an inner peripheral direction of the duct 2, or piston-type second gas hydrate scraping means 20b reciprocating in the longitudinal direction of the duct 2 is provided. On an outlet 8 side of the duct 2, an external drive device 27 for rotating or reciprocating the second gas hydrate scraping means 20a or 20b is provided. |
