PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet separation device which stably separates a film from a lamination body where the film is laminated on a base material.SOLUTION: A film separation device includes: at least one transfer means which transfers a lamination body where a base material and a film are laminated and carries out the lamination body; negative pressure generation means which generates a negative pressure on a surface of the film at the carry-out side of the transfer means and suctions the film; and a communication part which communicates with the atmosphere at a part of the base material side of the film which faces a negative pressure generation region on the surface of the film. The film separation device guides the film in a direction different from the carry-out direction in a state where the film is suctioned by the negative pressure generation means to separate the film. |
