<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information storage medium, an operational state change processing program and an operational state change processing method capable of avoiding suddenly becoming inaccessible to a network even if a network access application is changed.SOLUTION: If a command to change an operational state of a network access application currently selected is received from an external controller, an information storage medium responds to the external controller without executing processing corresponding to the command, and if information indicating a stop of a mobile communication network service from the external controller according to the response is received, processing corresponding to the command is executed.</p> |
