<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-measuring plug that is easily assembled and withstands high temperature and vibrations of an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: An interconnection structure 108 comprising a flexible PCB 108A and an elongated support structure 108B electrically couples an electric sensing element 104A at one end 102B of a hollow plug body 102 to plug terminals at another end 102A of the hollow plug body 102, thereby enabling electric circuitry 106 mounted on the flexible PCB 108A to be separated from the sensing element 104A subjected to high temperature.</p> |
