摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic image detector that can be manufactured at low cost, has excellent impact resistance and high resolution, and is improved in sensitivity variations.SOLUTION: An X-ray image detector 10 comprises a phosphor layer 20, a photoelectric conversion panel 21, and a grid 22. The phosphor layer 20 is composed of a partition 24 having plural grooves 24a formed therein, the grooves 24a being parallel to a Y direction, and a phosphor 25 filled in each groove 24a for converting X-rays XR into visible light. The photoelectric conversion panel 21 comprises plural pixels aligned along each groove 24a at predetermined alignment pitches. Each pixel comprises a photodiode for performing photoelectric conversion. The grid 22 is formed by plural metal wires parallel to an X direction orthogonal to the Y direction. Each metal wire has X-ray absorbency, and is arranged closer to a side where the radiation XR is incident than the phosphor layer 20, corresponding to space between the pixels aligned in the Y direction.
