PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording device in which reaching of a light to a recording head can be suppressed in the recording device where photocurable liquid discharged by the recording head from a nozzle to a recording medium is cured by the light emitted by a light irradiator.SOLUTION: A recording device comprises a recording medium support member 30, a recording head 51 which performs recording on a recording medium by discharging photocurable liquid to the recording medium supported by the recording medium support member, a light irradiator 62 which is arranged so as to be aligned in the aligning direction with the recording head and irradiates a light to the liquid discharged to the recording medium, and plural light shield plates 71 which are arranged so as to be aligned in the aligning direction between the recording head and the light irradiator and are extended to the extending direction moving away from the recording medium support member. The plural light shield plates are aligned with a first gap between each other, the nearest head side light shield plate to the recording head among the plural light shield plates has a second gap with the recording head, and the nearest light irradiator side light shield plate to the light irradiator among the plural light shield plates has a third gap with the light irradiator. |
