PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition capable of forming a coating film excellent in terms of adhesiveness to a plastic substrate, water resistance, and chemical resistance.SOLUTION: The provided resin composition includes, as a resin component, at least either of: (A) an acrylic-modified cellulose derivative having a specified acrylic component grafting content or bonding content, weight-average molecular weight, and glass transition point which is an acrylic-modified cellulose derivative (A) obtained by graft-polymerizing or simply bonding an acrylic component with a cellulose derivative; and a mixture of (B) a cellulose derivative other than the acrylic-modified cellulose derivative and (C) an acrylic resin wherein the composition of the mixture, weight-average molecular weight of the cellulose derivative (B), and glass transition point of the acrylic resin (C) are confined respectively to specified ranges, whereas the sum of acid and hydroxyl values within the resin component is 7-100 mgKOH/g. |
