PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery charging device for charging an accessory battery with a proper electric energy during parking.SOLUTION: An accessory battery charging system 10 performs a first charge for charging an accessory battery 102 every predetermined time period, for example, while the electric power source of a vehicle 20 is off, and a second charge for feeding a more electric energy to the accessory battery 102 while a car sharing device 200 or a communication device has done the communication while the electric power source is off than that of the case, in which the same has not done the communication. The method for increasing the supply electric energy is exemplified by a method of elongating a charging time period or a method of increasing the output voltage value of a DC-DC converter 106. |
