PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk device capable of performing precise adjustment of spherical aberration correction without affecting a start time.SOLUTION: The optical disk device with a spherical aberration correction mechanism has a control part for adjusting an optimal spherical aberration correction mechanism by using (an amplitude value of an RF signal)/(a jitter value) while monitoring (an amplitude value of a tracking error signal)/(a balance of a tracking error) during operation of the spherical aberration correction mechanism. |
